About the Job
UCTalent is seeking a highly skilled Senior Blockchain Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing our innovative referral smart contract on EVM-supported blockchains. As a Senior Blockchain Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the core functionality of our platform, ensuring its security, scalability, and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust and efficient smart contracts using Solidity.
- Integrate smart contracts with the UCTalent platform's frontend and backend components.
- Optimize smart contract performance and security to ensure the platform's reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in blockchain technology and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Blockchain Developer with a strong understanding of EVM-based blockchains (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain).
- Proficiency in Solidity programming language.
- Deep knowledge of Web3 development and JavaScript frameworks like Web3.js.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails or other backend development frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for blockchain technology and a commitment to building innovative solutions.
Preferred Requirement
- Experience with decentralized applications (DApps) and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
- Familiarity with other blockchain platforms and programming languages.
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
