About the Job
UCTalent is seeking a passionate and experienced Community Manager to lead our efforts in building and nurturing a thriving community of web3 professionals and enthusiasts. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for fostering engagement, driving growth, and representing UCTalent as a thought leader in the web3 space.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to attract and retain active members.
- Manage and moderate our online communities, including social media channels, forums, and discussion boards.
- Organize and host online and offline community events, meetups, and webinars.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless community experience.
- Identify and nurture partnerships with other web3 projects and influencers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the web3 space.
- Measure and analyze community metrics to assess engagement and identify areas for improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing social media platforms and online communities.
- Knowledge of web3 technologies and the blockchain ecosystem.
- Passion for building and engaging with online communities.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Requirement
- Experience with decentralized applications (DApps) and decentralized finance (DeFi).
- Knowledge of content marketing and SEO.
- Experience organizing events and meetups.
