About the Job
UCTalent is seeking a talented dApps Product Manager to lead our referral smart contract team. As a dApps Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, building, and launching innovative dApps that enhance the user experience and drive growth for our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our dApps, aligning with UCTalent's overall product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and strategy for our referral smart contract dApp.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to build and launch high-quality dApps.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prioritize product features and roadmaps based on business goals and user needs.
- Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and maintenance.
- Ensure that dApps adhere to best practices for security, scalability, and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the dApps and blockchain space.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience as a dApps Product Manager or Product Owner.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
- Knowledge of smart contract development and blockchain technology.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Passion for building innovative dApps and contributing to the growth of the blockchain ecosystem.
Preferred Requirement
- Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles.
- Knowledge of data analytics and metrics.
